About the Role
Space Solutions International is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects from planning through successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, communication, and client expectations while working closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver software projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate and manage development teams across multiple projects.
Communicate effectively with clients and understand their business requirements.
Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
Manage project priorities, resources, and deadlines.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates.
Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other team members.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Manage changes to project scope and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, task boards, and project reports.
Ensure effective communication between clients and technical teams.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of web and software development concepts.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
Nice to Have
Experience managing Agile/Scrum software development teams.
Experience working with international clients.
Technical background in software development or IT.
Experience with cloud-based projects and technologies such as AWS.
Knowledge of UI/UX development and software architecture.
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar.
